Core Responsibilities
You will work with the Strategy Partner team, supporting our Executive Leadership team.
Typically, you will work on projects together with 1-3 Strategy Partners at a time.
Your role will vary from project to project but you will contribute to many different types of strategic work.

The Strategy & Transformation team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development & value realization, working on major strategic priorities for the company.
We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and operational topics.
We are a diverse team of professionals with backgrounds in consulting and / or industry acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to The LEGO Group.
